FileSearchy Pro End User License Agreement

1. Evaluation

FileSearchy Pro is not free software. You may use this Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days. If you use this Software after the 21 day evaluation period, you must purchase the License.

2. Single User License

If you have purchased a Single User License, you may install and use one copy of the Software EITHER on any computer you have exclusive access to, OR on a single computer accessible by many users.

3. Multi-User License.

Multi-User License allows installation and use of the Software by multiple users on a number of different computers, not exceeding the quantity of Licenses purchased.

4. Restrictions.

You are not allowed to do any of the following:
a) modify or create any derivative works of the Software;
b) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble the Software;
c) manipulate or alter the components that make up this Software in any way;
d) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;

5. Distribution

You may copy this software and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of this software to anyone, and distribute this software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not charge or requesting donations for any such copies however made and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products without the author's written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranty.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
